Farzana, also known as Jana, is a passionate chef and restaurateur who first made her mark with Masala Grill, where she brought authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine to her community. With a deep respect for traditional recipes and a talent for perfectly balanced spices, Jana is dedicated to sharing the true taste of Desi flavors. Now, with Zaika Eats, she continues that mission in a modern, delivery-friendly format—offering classics like biryani alongside her signature UFO-style stuffed kebab buns, all made with the same care and authenticity she’s known for.

Zaika Eats is founded on years of culinary expertise and a profound passion for authentic Desi flavors. Our founder, Jana, first gained recognition with Masalah Grill, where she introduced the community to the rich traditions of Indian and Pakistani cuisine, infused with her unique touch.
